WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
Think about where you will use the piece and the impact you want it to have. Please remember framing adds to the size depending on what you pick.
WHAT IF I NEED A SIZE NOT BEING SHOWN?
Please contact us with the size you need and we’ll see if it can made available to you. Many of the pieces on the site have over 50 sizes available because of quality, but this number of choices can be overwhelming and have been turned off on the gallery view to make it a more comfortable viewing experience.
WHAT IF I NEED A PRINT MEDIA NOT BEING SHOWN?
Please contact us with what you need and we’ll see if our art print provider has that option. The basic media list shown covers everything from photo and art paper to canvas wraps and metallic prints.
ARE YOUR IMAGES AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE?
Yes. Please contact us with how you want to use it to determine licensing fees and contract of terms. Commercial use only allowed by permission of Jen Markley Photo Art.
Unauthorized use of our copyrighted images is prohibited. The determination of “commercial use” is based on the context in which the image
will be used.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders for unframed prints, canvas gallery wraps, and metal prints will ship within 7-14 business days. That said, various factors can affect turnaround time such as order size, the amount of volume our lab is working with at the time (summer tends to be high season for galleries and art festivals, so orders placed from June through August can take longer than usual for this reason.), shipping delays, paper or media backorder by the printer or framer, etc.
You will receive a shipping notification email and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Turnaround times vary depending on the print medium ordered, but MOST orders generally ship within the following timeframes:
Paper Prints - 7-14 business days
Canvas Prints - 7-14 business days
Metal Prints - 7-14 business days
Framed Prints - 14-28 business days
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Here at Jen Markley Photo Art Gallery, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Someone from our office will contact you to see how we can help.
There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
